My favorite store and humans ever. I feel like I come home every time I enter. I actually live out of state but honestly want to buy my clothes only from here. I am looking for higher quality sustainable fashion and Ladder is always exploring new brands. The team is always so patient and willing to get on FaceTime so I can see the clothing more “in person.” And they know me so well now the pieces suggested are always perfect. Shoutout to Lori for always giving me the honest opinions.

If your looking to shop a local female ran business that supports sustainable brands and independent designers, then Ladder is the perfect boutique for you. The owner Dre and her staff are so knowledgeable about every brand thats in the store. They are so warm and friendly and willing to answer any questions you might have. Ladder has a beautiful curated collection of quality and fashionable items. They have everything from unique dresses to the perfect pair of denim, aswell as accessories. The store is elegant and spacious with nice large fitting rooms. I also really like that there is a consignment rack with many secondhand designer goods. Located in the Van Aken District a perfect back drown for a day out shopping.

Had a wonderful experience at Ladder! Went into the shop and even though they were technically closing, they went out of their way to accommodate me. They helped me find an outfit that complimented me and was perfect for my upcoming trip. Everyone was so nice and had a great eye. The outfit that I ended up purchasing was one that I never would have picked for myself but looked fantastic on. I'm so thankful for their expertise and willingness to assist me. I also love that they invest and sustainable designers. I will definitely be back and urge you to check them out.

Fabulous store- wonderful and unusual merchandise, terrific help. It’s a pleasure to shop at an independent store opposed to a chain. The staff were knowledgeable, not pushy but available- a perfect balance. And the clothes were a combination of beautiful and fun. Can’t recommend enough!

Cleveland has been needing a high end/ slow fashion retail shop for quite some time now and here it is! Sometimes I just go in for the vibes, post Pilates, but I always walk out with an item! Such an incredible & thoughtful curation. The owners and staff are all such lovely people. I <3 this shop!

I’m greeted with genuine warmth and such great energy every time I come here. The clothing is always great quality — you can tell they put a lot of thought into curating pieces that you won’t find everywhere else. I’ve found some of my favorite outfits here, and I always get compliments when I wear them. The staff is so helpful without ever being pushy, and they really know how to help you find something that fits and flatters. This boutique is such a gem — highly recommend if you’re looking for something special and want a great shopping experience!

I adore this boutique! Everything that Andrea recommended to me are my new favorites for my simple capsule wardrobe. She is the queen of basics and looking professional without overdoing it. Literally every time I wear my clothes from there someone compliments me. I shop online from Seattle and the packaging is gorgeous and sustainable. The little gifts in the shop are the best for birthday presents or gift baskets. 💓

My most favorite store for the most unique pieces! The staff is always so kind and honest. I have recommended this store to friends and family and every person who steps in always finds something they need to add to their closet. If I’m being honest, I’d say it’s the very best clothing store in all of Cleveland!

I can't decide which to write about first... The staff or the selection of brands. Hands down the best shopping in Cleveland. All of my favorite sustainable brands are under one roof. The staff is so kind and helpful, I really haven't had a shopping experience like this in so long. I'll be stopping by every time I'm in town.
